Ever since I’ve worked in travel I’ve always felt inspired by organising mind blowing tours, planning amazing excursions, idealizing and delivering a dream holiday package or offering a lifetime experience in a honeymoon destination.
But then over the years, I’ve identified 3 main problems:
- Multitude of offers in the market
- Low commissions for holiday packages
- Aggressive competition
Then I thought why are some companies succeeding and others failing?
